The Ruck Regiment
Where brotherhood meets the battlefield of daily life — men hit the ground with weight on their backs and truth in their conversations, building endurance, grit, and spiritual resolve one step at a time.

Not A Workout. Not A Walk. A Brotherhood on Mission.
The Ruck Regiment is where men move their bodies, share their struggles, sharpen their faith, and build the kind of brotherhood you can’t fake.
It’s simple: Men ruck with weight on their backs…
And they talk about what’s weighing on their hearts.
The Ruck Regiment is a place where men:
• Breathe fresh air
• Process life
• Let go of stress
• Talk honestly
• Pray boldly
• Build resilience
• Walk shoulder-to-shoulder with brothers
This is discipleship on the move – gritty, authentic, relational, and real.
Movement breaks down walls. Brotherhood breaks chains. christ brings freedom.
Most men open up better when they’re moving than when they’re sitting in a circle. The rhythm of the steps… The weight on the back… The goal ahead…
It changes everything.
Rucking creates a place where men:
• Drop their guard
• Share what they’re really dealing with
• Clear their heads
• Feel strong again
• Connect with God in fresh ways
• Build bonds that outlast the walk
Physically engaged.
Emotionally honest.
Spiritually strengthened.
Brotherhood forged.
The Ruck Regiment is exactly the environment men have been missing.

The Ruck Regiment Is For Men Who…
• Need brotherhood
• Want challenge, not comfort
• Feel stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed
• Want stronger faith
• Need accountability
• Feel isolated
• Prefer movement over classrooms
• Want simple, straightforward discipleship
• Are ready to push themselves physically and spiritually
IF A MAN CAN PUT ON A PACK AND TAKE A STEP, HE BELONGS HERE.

A Tactical Rhythm for Spiritual & Physical Strength
Every Ruck Regiment gathering follows a battle-tested flow:
1. Gear Up
Man strap on rucks (weighted packs), stretch, and prepare for the path ahead.
2. Ground Rules
Honor. Respect. Confidentiality. No man left behind.
3. Devotional Briefing
A short, powerful Scripture or truth sets the tone for the walk.
4. The Ruck (1-5 miles)
Men walk together at a stead pace. Conversation flows. Support builds.
Some rucks include challenges: • Hills • Weighted Carries • Team milestones
5. Accountability Circles
Men stop to talk intentionally – real struggles, real victories, real growth.
6. Prayer & Strengthening
Closing prayer, encouragement, and next week’s mission.
It’s not exercise – it’s spiritual warfare training disguised as movement.
