1. Our commitment to Donor Privacy
• Warriors For His Glory (“WFHG”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our donors.
• We do not sell, rent, share, or trade donor information under any circumstances.
• We maintain strict confidentiality for all donor records.
2. We maintain strict confidentiality for all donor records, we may collect the following:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Mailing address
• Donation amount and frequency
• Payment method (never full credit card or banking data)
• Employer or corporate giving details (when applicable)
• Giving history
• Communications preferences
Donation processing is handled through secure third-party providers (e.g., Donorbase, Donorbox, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
3. How Donor Information Is Used, It Is Used Only To:
• Process donations
• Provide donation receipts
• Send year-end giving statements
• Communicate impact updates
• Respond to donor inquires
• Maintain donor records for IRS compliance
• Provide donor care
We will not use donor information outside of these functions.
4. Donor Information Is NEVER Shared, WFHG does not:
• Sell donor information
• Trade donor information
• Share information with political groups
• Share with other nonprofits
• Lease or rent donor data
• Disclose donor identities without consent
The only exception is when required by law (e.g., IRS audit or fraud investigation).

• Donorbase (donation processing)
• Mailchimp (Email communications)
• WordPress (website hosting/analytics)
• PayPal or credit card processors
• Accounting or reporting platforms
These providers have their own privacy agreements and may not use donor data for any purpose other than providing services to WFHG.
6. Donor Anonymity
• Donors may choose to give anonymously.
• Anonymous donors will not be publicly recognized.

• Facebook Giving
• Instagram Donations
• GoFundMe Charity (if used)
• YouTube Giving
• Donorbox embedded tools
…follow that platform’s privacy terms, in addition to ours.
8. Donor Rights – Donors reserve the right to:
• Review their giving history
• Correct personal information
• Change communication preferences
• Opt-out of all communication
• Request deletion of personal information (except what IRS law requires)

WFHG does not store complete payment card numbers or bank accounts.
